Roofing
- Strip the entire roof and remove all debris
- Replace any boards that need replacement
- Install tar paper to the entire roof
- Install drip edge to the entire perimeter of the roof
- Install step flashing around chimneys, dormers etc…
- Install boots around all pipes
- Install ice and water shield 3-6 feet around entire parameter of the roof
- Shingle the entire roof (shingle style is selected by owner)
- Cap the entire peak section of the roof
- Clean the entire roof, gutters and grounds of all debris, nails etc…
